Leisure
Waddow hosts
a programme of themed leisure breaks throughout the
year. These catered holidays are suitable for
adults connected with guiding, plus their families and
friends. Leisure breaks are usually looked after by a
volunteer hostess team.
Typical programmes include crafts, photography, walking
holidays, painting, beauty and pampering breaks, and cookery. The
New Year house party is a favourite.
FAMILIES: Each year
there are at least two Family and Friends midweek breaks
for anyone aged 4 to 104! Our Family and Friends Campout
weekend has been hugely popular - dont miss it this year!
