Take the A59 to Clitheroe, then the B6478 Waddington Road. Waddow
is first left after crossing the River Ribble, approximately 1.5
miles from Clitheroe Town.

Manchester to Clitheroe. From Preston change at Blackburn for
By National Express coach
buses leave outside the railway station and take 45 minutes to
Clitheroe. From Manchester, Chorlton Street Bus Station, the
journey takes 1 hour and 40 minutes. Please note bridge height
restriction of 3.5m Waddington Road. - see below.
To Manchester, Liverpool (John
Lennon) or Blackpool and then train to Clitheroe (via Preston
and Blackburn) and taxi to the Hall.

Important Information: When using sat nav you
will be taken to the back gate of Waddow Hall. No access can be
given via this gate. To find the main entrance keep following the
road bringing you in to the back of Waddington. Take the
first right and follow the road. Take the second right. Follow
the road out of Waddington and about a mile from Waddington Waddow
Hall is on the right-hand side.
Vehicles over 3.5m
The route following
Waddington Road from Clitheroe town centre goes under a bridge with
a 3.5m height restriction. For groups in high coaches keep on the
A59 towards Skipton and take the Sawley turn off. Then follow the
signs from Sawley to Grindleton to West Bradford to Waddington. At
Waddington turn left towards Clitheroe. Waddow Hall is on your
right-hand side about a mile from the village of
