Health and safety
Waddow is committed to
providing a safe environment for all and complies with all current
health and safety regulations. All staff receive health and safety
training appropriate to their roles.
The management team and activity staff hold first aid
certificates and the kitchen and pantry staff hold food safety
qualifications.
Waddow is accredited by national outdoor bodies such as the LOTC
(Learning Outside The Classroom) Quality Badge, the Adventuremark,
the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority and the British Canoe
Union, and holds the Bowland Green Tourism silver level award.
